About Paloma's AI Academy

Practical AI training for people who don't have time to figure it out alone.

Paloma's AI Academy helps professionals, teams, and small companies put AI to work in their actual jobs. No hype, no jargon, no two-week training programs. Just clear, real-world guidance you can use the next day.

Dorota Mleczko speaking at the Project Management Connect Conference

Hi, I'm Dorota Mleczko.

I'm an AI trainer and consultant. For the last decade I've helped teams adopt new ways of working. For the last two years, that's been about AI.

I started Paloma's AI Academy because most AI training I saw was either too abstract for working professionals or too technical to be useful on Monday morning. I wanted something in between: practical, honest, and human.

Today I work with solopreneurs, small businesses, and HR and compliance teams that want to use AI responsibly and confidently, without hiring a consultant for a year.
