HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
- Provide access to the course, community, and live calls.
- Send transactional emails (receipts, reminders).
- Send newsletters and product updates if you opted in.

THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS WE RELY ON
- Podia (USA) – hosts the course platform (Standard Contractual Clauses).
- Stripe (IE/USA) – processes payments (PCI-DSS, SCCs).
- Podia Emails – sends marketing emails (SCCs).
- Google Analytics (USA) – website analytics (IP anonymisation, consent banner).
- These providers only receive the data needed for their service and must keep it secure.
HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA
- Account data: until you delete the account or 24 months after your last login.Content is for adults (18+) and not subject to export controls.
- Order records (invoices): 10 years (Italian tax law).
- Marketing email list: until you unsubscribe.
- Cookie data: see Cookie Notice (max 14 months).
